COVID-19 Testing in the San Luis Valley

Here are just some of the options for local testing. This list is not all-inclusive. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please remember to stay isolated while awaiting your test results.

Local Healthcare Providers

If you have possible COVID-19 symptoms and you seek medical evaluation, your healthcare provider may test for COVID-19 or refer you for testing.

At-home Rapid Tests

It is recommended that persons exposed to Covid-19 do a rapid test on day 5 after being exposed, even if you do not have symptoms. If you have Covid-19 symptoms do a rapid test, if negative you may still have Covid-19. Repeat the rapid test in 48 hours. Consider medical evaluation if moderately to severely ill or if you have underlying medical conditions for more accurate testing and for possible treatment.

All community members are encouraged to have a rapid at-home test on hand. At-home tests can be purchased at pharmacies or online; they may also be picked up at no cost at the following community locations. Please do NOT go to these community locations if you are ill.
